Learn to bake your own sourdough from scratch in this relaxed, small group class.  You will get comfortable with feeding a starter, mixing, stretching and folding, shaping, and proofing.  You will go home with dough ready to bake and starter to keep your sourdough journey going.  Limited seating reservations required.
