This is the epitome of a perfect, herbaceous Hojiblanca olive oil. Its aroma is a fantastic blend of flowers and herbs, unripe peach, green almond, nectarine, fresh cut grass, and aromatic tarragon. Combined with tasting notes of green banana, apple and star anise in flavor. This oil is very balanced and well-rounded. It tastes amazingly fresh.
