Made with White Trebbiano Grape must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena but is not carmelized therefore it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of hadcrafted vinegars from Northern Italy.
Suggestions: When paired with any flavor oil will make a light, tart vinaigrette. Mix with your favorite salsa or picante sauce and serve with tortilla chips. A beautiful marinade for chicken or pork.
