Every batch of seafood chowder tells the story of who we are and where we’re from.What better way to taste a bit of Nova Scotia tradition than to learn the secrets of the perfect seafood chowder from Canada's Seafood Culinary Ambassador himself? Chef Al says "We take the finest seafood from our cold, clean waters and we pair it with produce from our lush, fertile valleys. It’s warm and comforting, much like the character of our people."
