Salad Dressings

Most dressings are mixed with a three to one ratio.  Three parts Olive Oil and one part Vinegar.  That’s a good starting point, you can always add a little more of either to suit your individual taste. A good place to start is to pick your favorite flavored vinegar and we’ll help you pair it with a sensational Olive Oil to fit the salad and your desired flavor.  Some of our favorite salad dressings are:

                Hojiblanca EVOO with Sicilian Lemon or Lemongrass Mint

                Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic with Walnut Oil

                Honey Ginger White Balsamic and Japanese Roasted Seasame Oil

                Traditional Balsamic with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Add the finishing touch by toasting your own crotons. Cube fresh French bread, toss in your favorite Olive Oil, and toast.  Rosemary, Tuscan Herb, Garlic, Basic, and Rosemary, all work great for this, but feel free to experiment with your own flavors.
