Grilled Salmon Steaks
In this healthy recipe, Salmon is marinated with fresh cilantro (if desired, substitute flat Italian Parsley) and minced garlic. The marinade is a blend of Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil and White Peach Balsamic. It can be prepared in the afternoon with a quick marinade time and very little clean-up! Serve with rice and a favorite vegetable and you have the perfect dinner! Use leftovers the next day over a salad for lunch!
