Add 1 cup of Balsamic to a small sauce pan. Heat at medium until the balsamic begins to boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes (just enough to reduce by ½). I let mine cool, place into a squeeze bottle and refrigerate. It’s ready to use again and again.
